Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons: • Product delivery address, address provided when goods are collected for guarantee/re-call purposes, when requesting a detailed quote. 

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios: • From people/organisations purchasing on your behalf, this is for delivery and guarantee purposes only. We may share this information with manufacturers only in the event of a product safety recall. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: (a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. We collect your information at the time of or preceding any sale made in-store, over the phone, through the website or any other ways of ordering goods. How we store your personal information Your information is securely stored in the business premises listed above and also in a secure cloud based server. We keep name, address and contact details along with product(s) purchased for what is legally required for tax and record purposes (generally 7 years unless laws change). We will then dispose your information by deleting from cloud and shredding/burning any paper copies. Your data protection rights Under data protection law, you have rights including: Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
